We understand that unsatisfied customers means no business. Your satisfaction IS our number one priority!
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. We are proud to provide the professionally made online selection of custom art designed to personalize your life and make your surroundings a product of your own creation.
Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving to our valued customer.
In the event that a piece arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and email it to info@myphotoartstore.com with a detailed description of the issue. When we determine that the item was damaged upon delivery, we will produce and send a replacement free of charge!
Please be advised that a request for refund or replacement print must be submitted to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
